Présentation SCOPE

SCOPE est un programme d’échange international bilatéral qui permet aux externes de faire un stage validant de 4 semaines dans plus de 100 pays du monde.

SCOPE est un programme qui dépend de l’IFMSA à laquelle adhère l’ANEMF (l’Association Nationale des Etudiants en Médecine de France). L’IFMSA est la fédération internationale qui regroupe plus de 130 associations d’étudiants en médecine nationales du monde entier.

Ce programme existe à Caen depuis 2013. Chaque année, 20 étudiants caennais partent en stage durant les mois de juillet et août et ils accueillent à leur tour 20 étudiants étrangers durant les mois de septembre et octobre.

Pendant leur stage, les étudiants bénéficient d’un Programme Social : un programme d’activités et de visites dans la région organisé par l’association locale.

Pour postuler au programme, il faut contacter le LEO out au mois d’avril pour recevoir le dossier d’inscription. Ce programme étant dédié aux externes et les démarches se faisant 1 an avant le départ, vous pouvez postuler à partir du mois d’avril de votre année de L3 (à condition de ne pas redoubler) jusqu’à votre année de DFASM2.

SCOPE is a bilateral international exchange program that allows the 4th-5th-6th medicine students to do a four-weeks internship in a choice of more than 100 countries around the world.
SCOPE is a program dependent on the IFMSA to which the ANEMF (the French National Association of Medical Students) belongs. IFMSA is the international federation of over 130 national medical student associations from around the world.

This program exists in Caen since 2013. Each year, 20 Caennais students do their internship abroad during the months of July and August and then they welcome 20 foreign students during the months of September and October.

During their internship, students benefit from a Social Program: a program of activities and visits in the region organized by the local association.

To apply for the program, you have to contact the LEO-out in April (from your 3rd year of medicine, until your 5th year’s, as the program concerns external’s medicine students) to receive the application form as the procedures are done 1 year before the departure.
